Much of the time I think you're full of #$%#, but I agree with you 1000%!!!! And I can't understand why ANY fan of OR would be cheering for Clinton because they have OR quitters on their team!!

I agree with what you said about HVA. I think it will be a tough game. I will never cheer for Clinton and especially this year BECAUSE they have some OR quitters on their team. I use the term "OR" lightly because if you're a true OR Wildcat, you would never go be a dragon, you would stay in OR and compete.

GREENBACK=Unproven young QB.Unproven DBs,New LB crew.Good line and very good RB. LOUDON=Very good Defensive minded Coach with a more experienced team.Very good QB with good size Receivers and a couple are very good.3A that made the Semis last year. Just a guess without being able to see anything yet.Loudon has more to practice with to get a decent game look,we dont usually have enough kids to get a good game type scrimmage.At this point I'm going 35-12 Loudon.I dont know if we have a kicker yet??Alot of unknowns. In my opinion right now we need to (if we can) RUN,RUN,RUN play keep away.Limit Loudons touches and try to get consistent line play to help win our region.Face it,the first few games are scrimmages to learn what we have.Great early competition will help settle us and show us what our strengths are.These losses wont mean a thing with a season like this.WIN THE REGION!

The guys you mention will be very critical, along with Gibbons, who must get them the ball. Last year the OR offense was just awful in this game...I sure hope we are much better this year.

Summit has 2 dudes. They did lose a ton off last year's team though. George, Kisten, MLB went to Navy, Nose was very good, their best linemen, etc. so if a team has the guys upfront then they can slow Summit down. Shelbyville had them last year but I have no clue about this year. I can see Page sliding big time this year then make a big jump next year. Some really good young talent there. Columbia always has athletes. They have some good players returning. Not sure about the others.

It is going to be a lot of pressure to win this coming Thursday. I would really hate to see Milan spend 5 Million dollars on a new stadium and take an L on it's first game at the new stadium. I lied I would actually love to see it. SGC got to beat the legend Jeff Morris on his last game ever coached at the old stadium.

Have we even had any solid transfers the last couple years? If we have, they have completely left my mind. It’s been born and raised Milan kids if I remember correctly...until this year.

Great way to start the season though. Those first two games are playoff caliber teams.
