I don’t think basketball is causing the numbers to skyrocket. I think we all know what’s causing that. Just look at your big stores, drive though Gatlinburg and you will see a high % of people not warning a mask.

I am confident the season will continue on and we finish it out! The next month will be rough but believe we will push through and do the best we can. I believe we are going to start seeing the numbers go down once we get to February. It will be slow but we will be heading in the right direction. Springs sports will be good to go! Looking forward to the new year which brings with it new hope!

Sure hated to see a great, great fried and great athlete at MC pass away in Randy Carson,Who was a True Warrior and although I am a True Pirate, we had a great friendship . We liked to talk about ball, but understood that ball was ball and friendships were sacred. I sure am going to miss him. Also hated to see his Dad die the next day. So sorry family for your grief. Randy was true living legend for sure at MC!! Rest in peace my friend!!!

If you’re a true pirate fan it shouldn’t matter you support the kids and the school.

I may be a little biased, and I know we are not 5A/6A but I am very happy with our stadium here in Milan. I’m my opinion it is one of the top venues in the state.

There isn’t as much discussion as in years past but many of your fellow supporters would express boredom and worse, mock the postseason competition and region opponents. It still happens every now and then. There’s an easy solution and they’d still win most of the time. Has nothing to do with seeing them lose. Not being allowed to jump more than a class has been used, other Knoxville area schools ducking was used (valid, but TSSAA could fix that by allowing schools only to move up for travel or competitive reasons, not to avoid).

A feller bit multiple times by snakes learns, to Recognize the head from the tail, then cuts the head off of every snake to prevent future attacks.
