rollredroll
Most of these are from the last few years, so I'm sure I'm leaving out some guys, but here's some good one's from MBA: Hunter Hillenmeyer, LB- Vanderbilt, Chicago Bears Will Bartholomew, FB- UT, Denver Broncos Ingle Martin, QB- Florida/Furman currently Moses Osemwegie, LB- Vanderbilt currently Dominique Morris, DB- Vanderbilt, NFL? John Markham, K-Vanderbilt (all time leading scorer), NY Giants draft pick Tom Santi, TE- UVA currently Michael Fisher, QB- Ga. Tech baseball RollRedRoll can probably help me out with some more names. 825687286 Bill Wade (MBA Class of '48) would be worthy of mention, at least based on his 13-year pro career. > 124 passing TDs, 18,530 yards > 24 rushing TDs, 1,334 yards > 2 Pro Bowls (1958, 1963) > Led Chicago to 1963 NFL Championship, 14-10 over NY Giants

RadioChris
I'm not from Marion Co. or South Pittsburg, but these players played for UT.....Eric Westmoreland-Marion County-UT-Jacksonville Jags....not sure where he plays now... Eddie Moore-I think he was from South Pitt-UT- now plays for Buffalo Bills.... 825686338 Westmoreland played last year for Cleveland. To my knowledge he's not on the Brown's roster this season. He played mostly specials teams last year. Eric has had some injuries that have really hampered his pro career. Eddie Moore plays for the Dolphins and is expected to compete for a starting position at OLB this year. With Thomas and Seau getting older I expect Eddie to get every chance to start this year. A few others from Marion: Pumpy Tudors - UTC - All American in college, named to the ALL TIME Team at UTC. Went to camp with the Eagles, punted well, but was beaten out by the vetran Jeff Feagles. Was in the Bills camp in Parcells first year. Was cut early. In HS was all state at three diferent positions - RB, P and either KR or DB I can't remember now. Eddie Brown - UT - best known for getting his teeth knocked out while blocking a punt against Memphis (I think). Played Saftey and had a long career in the NFL and USFL. Led the NFL in Kick Returns in 1973. Played in the Super Bowl with the Rams and I think was on a USFL champion team also. There have been tons more from both of these programs. Some really great player from two programs with lots of tradition.

All_Stater
Brandon Wells from Moore County. Weighed 250, played tailback and could fly. Benched 315 when he was in eighth grade. But his grades wasn't good enough to play D1 ball.

Dominique is also in camp with the Bucs right now and he feels like he has a pretty good shot to make it. Not bad for a guy that was the mascot his sophomore year. I'm sure there are some more older guys that qualify. How bout Mr. Damon Regen?
