We were in the Semis my Junior Year! Got knocked out by AE

 

 

How many members here actually played for a high school in Tennessee?

 

If you did let us hear where you played, positions, years, did you win a championship?

Also, did anyone play in college? pros?

Corbin, KY Redhounds (Class of 2002)

 

6'1 255 Guard/DT, All-State, District, Mountains, & Tri-County teams. 10-2 record for the year, but choked in the playoffs.

 

Played at Coastal Carolina University (Conway, SC) as a center and Centre College (Danville, KY) as a DT respecitvely before injury ended my career.

 

I hope to start a coaching career after I finish school.

I played for Marion County (80 ~83) Colquettes first four years. Our best year was 82 when we were the first team from Marion to go to the State Finals. I played Guard & Nose.

I played freshman football at MBA in '75. That was my last year...strangely enough, there was very little call for 125 lb. centers at that (or any other time).

Position:#65 OL/DL (of course everyone played both sides of the ball)

 

Best year: 2001 ( Jr. year) 9-3 2nd rd state Playoffs (loss to USJ)

 

 

We didnt go far in the playoffs or win region title's, but i miss playing. We had 10 shutouts between my junior or senior year. I have all kind of little tid bits that no one would care about, but i guess everyone has some about their playing days.

Played OL & DL at Harriman 96,97,98,99 Seasons. We were 29-12 over the last three years with 2 State Semi-finals, 1 State Quarter final, 2 Regions Championships. Started 48 Straight games myself. Was all-county, all-region, all-east tn., 1st team all-state.

DeKalb Co. 2003-2004. Played fullback and defensive end junior year, and wing back and defensive end senior year. 6'2 230. Played for MTSU for about 3 weeks until I realized I was small and it would be a waste of my time if I wasn't going pro.

White Couty High School, Class of '88 (7-3). I played QB and FS. We had the last winning season until this year. I went on to play at Tn. Tech. Played TE there. Lewis Carrick, TB, went to MTSU and James Coonrod, TE, also to Middle.
