It has just been brought to my attention that the BEST player in the STATE plays on your team. That's Awesome. I just wanted to help out and give you directions to Smith County. When you get to I-40, Turn East. When you get to the OCEAN, Turn North. Go about two more blocks and we'll be on the right!!! No thanks needed!!!!! See you all there!!!!!!

I went there tonight...the boys unloaded the stuff for the concession stand...and I had a "moment"...it's going to be so exciting tomorrow night...I love a game in the HOLE...nothing better...

 

But...it's going to be hard to watch my boys go out onto that field for the first game...knowing that for a lot of them, this is it...the last year that they get to play football as seniors at SMITH COUNTY HIGH SCHOOL...

 

I hope they've all gotten as much out of being a member of the 2006 OWLS football team as #25 has...and as much as I've gotten out of being involved as a parent for four years...I never realized...didn't have a clue...and now it's ending all too soon...

 

I love this group of seniors like I've loved no other group...and I wish them the best season ever...
