Unaka (3-0) at Temple (2-0)

Getting a new starting tailback and a new quarterback, both seniors, makes people look twice even if nothing was done improperly. So far both of them seem to be All-City type players, they're not just two that fill out the roster. Did one of the volunteer coaches come from the same school the new tailback is from? That would make people look twice too.

The funny thing about this is that you wouldn't be saying a thing Indian if Sequatchie had beaten Temple. Not one word. These kids have both been approved by the TSSAA and that is all that matters. Yeah these kids are good players, but just because they are good players doesn't mean we cheated. These players come to Temple because of the system, and the kids. Temple has been accused of cheating for years, but success breeds success and that's what kids want to be a part of. I know the point of the game is to have fun, but winning is fun, and that's what kids want to be a part of. So please stop accusing temple of cheating, everything has already been checked out. This petty stuff doesn't need to get in the way of the good season that Temple is having. And by the way, the running back only played like 5 plays this past game, and was the second leading rusher in the Sequatchie game.

Did I say they cheated or did anything dirty to get them? I just said that makes people look twice. I brought it up because someone asked if they had anybody leave the team, asked if Skogen was a QB. I did ask if the new running back-he did have 92 yards against Seq-and a volunteer coach came from the same high school in N Georgia and didn't get an answer.

If you know of something illegal temple did report them to the TSSAA. If not its best to keep our opinions to ourselves, because they are just that, opinions. Back to the game, Temple by 21+.

If Temple gets a ton of tranfers next year then that would raise some questions. But you cant really blame kids for wanting to come play in their style offense with some of their weapons.
