Cheatham played David Lipscomb . Lost 12 to 4 . The game was called early because Lipscomb doesn't have lights on the baseball field.

fairview beats lewis county 9-5. game was not that close. fairview was up 9-2 and let some young guys get into the game. fairview improves to 2-0.

Here's an idea on how to make more money at the gate and concession stand...... Start the freakin' games when everybody's not at work!!! You know....we've got this great deal on Daylight Savings Time this year and we're still playing on the old clock! School people and bankers kill me with their hours of operation. Thank goodness the district wised up and starts varsity games at 6:00 P.M. They'll double their take easy.

Not good. 16-6 I think or something along those lines. Cody Pomeroy and Chris Hale went yard from the cell phone reports from the field. I'll let straightbill give you more stats.

 

Again, 4 games the first week of the season is not the way to get your pitchers ready for district. I'm still open to be scheduling coordinator for the Harpeth baseball teams. Its been great for Harpeth to see some of the top 1-2 combinations in the MidState this week, Bledsoe and Stallings from BA, Miller and Schwartz from MBA and Adkins from Goodpasture. I really like the way things are looking. "Its a marathon, not a sprint" says Coach Brad Fraiser.

 

 

Hillsboro at Harpeth Friday 4:00pm. Predicted starter for Harpeth is Rushing.

The coaches arent on to anything its just David Libscomb did not pitch there best pitchers which able Cheatham to hit the ball. Also the game got called early which so the game could of been alot worse.
