Digger20
One sided refs...how much did catholic pay them again...dang thats sad!
IrishBBall
If your giving 21, I'll take AE for $100 !(just kidding) I think it will we be a close ball game, speed vs. brute strength. Just mail the check to the high school (according to the last post we need it to pay the refs). It's pretty laughable for you to try and pin this loss on the refs. Catholic had several big plays called back offensively for holding, some very questionable late hit/roughing the passer flags along with giving AE a touchdown late on a fumble that was knocked thru the end zone by the Irish defense when the game was 38-7. Catholic is deceptively fast at RB and WR. If Wendell was watching, he would have been happy for at least one Irish wide receiver. I miss you big guy-save me a good seat! Solomon
This just in....Catholic has a stout defense. This just may be Catholic's year after all. I don't know if anyone in Region 2 can challenge them.

Should be another couple of slobberknockers between the Falcons and the Irish before the season is over for one of them.
Turtle
Well the only thing I can say is Congratulations Catholic I thought this would be the year that AE would get you but they didn't. However, the Playoffs might be the time. But Congratulations but now its time to move on, time for Carter..
HSfootball54
And for the reocrd the first time I heard that chant was at AE and my father had taken me to watch Leroy Thompson play ball, I was about 3. But I still remember that chant, more so than the game. I remember they were playing Brentwood Academy. Good game Catholic! You shook down the thunder from the sky.
