Naw. MLK looks set to be 1st. Lipscomb has the edge over FRA as well. I do not see CPA or any other team from the region sneaking in.

Note, these times are probably at Twilight. These other 3 teams are running way faster times on harder courses.

 

You're 5 is about 10 seconds back of FRA's. But 2-4 are really lacking about 30 seconds.

 

 

CPA... you might beat them. But in the end I'm not seeing any major upsets.

wow, participation on these boards has diminished to nil. HF looks stronger this year than years past, but it would be difficult to upset FRA unless you could consistently put 4 or 5 guys under 18.

That's what happens during this time of the year. Nobody is willing to talk trash, but if you can't talk trash, it's not worth talking at all.

MLK looks really good right now, but what are they capable of? I certainly don't want to take anything away from them b/c they are running really well. I am excited for region when we will see what they run. Most everybody ran slow at Metro...except MLK. If they ran (preportionally) as slow as everybody else, they will take it. However, if they happened to simply not have a bad day at Metro, there may be some competition. The MLK times were not fantastic, and the PRs for DL, MLK, USJC, FRA are all similar. If MLK runs those same times at region and nov. 3, there will be competition. If they run a lot faster, they will win. Should be a great 2 weeks of running!
