BlindSquirrelFoundANut2
3 straight wins for the REAL Warriors. My prediction of 6 in a row and finish the season at 7 wins and 3 losses and the 3rd round of the playoffs is looking good. The one game that I am worried about is York, which won tonight 47-14 over Cumberland County. Bledsoe "Wannabees" at 3 wins and 5 losses and Sequatchie "Squaws" at 1 win and 8 losses are the least of the MCHS Warrior problems. When was the last time the Sequatchie "Squaws" beat Marion County? I believe the last time the Sequatchie County INDIANS defeated Marion County was in 1990. That year two teams went to the playoffs from each region. Sequatchie County came in first and Marion County was 2nd. Marion County went on to win their first STATE CHAMPIONSHIP 26 - 7 over Memphis University School. At that time, Marion County was the first team to win a STATE CHAMPIONSHIP and coming in 2nd in their region. PLEASE be nice on CoachT or they will shut you down!! MCRoadWarrior
OK this week is finally here, ???The Battle of the Warriors???. Nothing matters about the past because Friday night is the future. The Winner is almost guaranteed 3rd spot in the region. Marion is 4-3 and Bledsoe is 3-5 so this is a must win game for both teams for their post-season future. Marion looks to finally be turning the corner. They played their best overall game against Cannon this past week. Offensively they are spreading the ball around more to their many skill players and they are making plays. Defensively they are playing well and after the Cannon game, showed they can control the tempo of a game. Keep improving Marion and taking each week one game at a time. As for my pic this week, Marion is averaging 21 points/game while Bledsoe is averaging 14. I am going to add 7 for Marion playing at home, so my pic is Marion 28 Bledsoe 14 Keep working hard at practice Marion; the results are starting to show! Lets here some input from Volsbbfan, No Hope, Mike Linebacker, and even fencejumper this week.

I agree MCRoadWarrior...they played a complete game last night. It was well executed. I think we have a shot at winning this one by 2 to 3 TDs, maybe even more. But, we will have to become more efficient in the red zone. Our play calling in the red zone is going to have to step up and be smarter! You guys crack me up! /roflolk.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":roflolk:" border="0" alt="roflolk.gif" /> I don't go to the valley very often but I went to this game last year thinking it would be a good game and watched BC win big. I thought I might go again this year. I have been reading a lot of smack talk on the Bledsoe/Stone thread about coming to Jasper and beating the North Kimball Warriors. Bledsoe must have spent a lot of time this past week preparing for MC because they almost overlooked Stone. What time will this game start central time. In 1990, the TSSAA was still using Districts. It was 2 teams from each District. Each Region had 2 Districts. What happen with the expansion was not enough teams to form districts. Scalded Dogg
After reading all the smack on the other thread i am glad to see this one is heading in the same direction! Lets just say this we have got a monument out in front of our school and we still have some pride here in BLEDSOE CO. At least we dont have a bunch of fencejumping fans that dont think twice about putting on their orange&black that is hid in the closet and they always seem to be found wearing it in NOVEMBER! /roflol.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":roflol:" border="0" alt="roflol.gif" />
