Hoffa
Stars have an excellent chance to win the state How do they match up with Antiochs size?
starfan
I think their tallest player is 6'9", but he doesn't play that much. Biggest starter is Hughes, he is 6'5" but he is a beast (already signed to play for "Fat" Phil next season at UT). Go Siegel!!! /thumb[1].gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":thumb:" border="0" alt="thumb[1].gif" />
wingman10
Stars play better as a team than they did two yrs ago
nrgrizzlies
I was not blown away by Siegel in seeing them lose to (a very good) Lavergne team earlier in the season...but they didn't have Montori Hughes at the time. I'll say Antioch by about ten. You have to notice what they did to Wilson Central. (beat 'em like they were the blind school)

Icy
Who Siegel thumped as well. siegel didn't thump Wilson Central, they won by 16pts. A good description of a thumping is beating somebody by 62pts like Antioch did against WC. /thumb[1].gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":thumb:" border="0" alt="thumb[1].gif" />
starfan
Siegel beat Wilson Central in every aspect of the game that night......so yes that is a thumping...now what Antioch did to Wilson is in a new league esp. in a sub-state game! Much props to Antioch......but if they think they are going to have another repeat performance like that one ......you are smoking something. Go Siegel!!! /thumb[1].gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":thumb:" border="0" alt="thumb[1].gif" />
WaCoJaCo
I suppose they'll still be talking about that Wilson Central game Wed. night. /popcorneater.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":popcorneater:" border="0" alt="popcorneater.gif" />

Any relationship?

Harris' hooligans
Siegel has gone through alot of phases this year. 3 of their starters are sophomores who had no experience of varsity before this year. You could see them start to get comfortable and gain confidence as the year went on. They hit their stride perfect when the tournaments started and started playing up to their potential. And when they did, no team has been able to beat them since. We know Antioch is comparable in talent, it will depend on how Siegel responds early with a young team and how well Antioch is playing I doubt Siegel can hang if Antioch is playing at their peak. If they are playing average and Siegel plays like they have been, there could be an upset.
wingman10
It would not be an upset if the Stars win.
