BigPoppa
Romie Reed from John Overton High School will be the first Boys" Basketball Coach at Cane Ridge High School. Coach Reed is a good coach and an even better person, John Overton's loss is CR's gain. Best of luck to Coach Reed and the new school. Hoffa
Good Luck to the new coach. Who gets the Overton job now? Will it be another head coach?
McNine4MVP
Is Reverend Jim gonna get his job back at Jonny O?
nununu
Is Reverend Jim gonna get his job back at Jonny O? Probably not. The principal and Overton community are trying to move forward, not relive the past.
bigchief
Nununu, you are going to be wrong on this one.
nununu
Nununu, you are going to be wrong on this one. Why will I be wrong? Fresh blood invigorates a program(sometimes). But now that I think about it, I may be wrong, because who really wants the basketball position at Overton anyway. They haven't been good since Brandon Wharton graced the hallways. asiatic2412
Overton's basketball team is horrible, I see why Coach Reed left. Good luck to anyone who takes that job. Metro sports are a joke.
titansfan06
Probably not. The principal and Overton community are trying to move forward, not relive the past. Perhaps they should give it to William Belliford, a former Bobcat great who played for Tommy Griffith. This would enable them to move forward and embrace the past at the same time. franklinrebelsfan
I personally hope Jim does get the job! He deserves it!! There's an article in today's Tennessean about it. /thumb[1].gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":thumb:" border="0" alt="thumb[1].gif" />

Maybe Fuller got a raw deal the first time around but that doesn't mean he should automatically get the job back. Is it possible that this article came out to ward off some of the other possible candidates? Who wrote that article?
BigPoppa
Why one of Jim Fuller's former players at Overton- Jeff Lockeridge- wrote the story in the Tennessean, go figure that one?
