Not once have I heard anyone put down your Eggles! All the Hampton people have said that they should've won the game and they should've. I've said Cosby is a good team, but Hampton is the better team!

 

Hampton played the tougher schedule and that is a fact! If the Dogs scheduled like Cosby and GCA they would be 9-1 as well!

What do you mean schedule like Cosby? We scheduled three 3a teams. We play up in every non region game. We try to schedule games a little closer to home because our region games are so far away.

All that needs to be said is pull up some of Pujo's and AT's posts. That is all you have to do to see where the bashing started and what finally made 24Eagle snap. If you look at his posts before they were always fairly objective and neutral, and he was also in the group of us that traveled all over TN watching the Dawgs, pullin for them, and supporting them when they caught all the crap from reg. 2 posters. He hasn't badmouthed your boys or your coaches, just the peolpe who keep all the "WE ARE STILL THE BETTER TEAM" crap goin. Kinda like what you just did! Ask Grace who they think is the best team they've played all year!

I myself, since I'm not a coach can stay as concerned with this bull as long as it keeps getting brought up that HAMPTON IS THE BETTER TEAM! I'm neither a player or coach so my focus is not needed! And to clear something up, I have no hatred towards Hampton. I just love me some Eagles. (THE BEST TEAM IN REGION 1a!) See its easy for anyone to say, even if you don't believe its true. No offense GCA, I know you guys are the #1 seed, I was just trying to prove a point.

Ok! You did schedule three 3A teams in Region 1! Of those three teams only one had a winning record! Two of them made the playoffs finishing 3rd and 4th in their region! You also scheduled King's Academy and Chuckey Doak! King's Academy ended up 6-4 but no playoffs and Chuckey Doak didnt have a winning record or make the playoffs!

 

Hampton scheduled Oneida(10-0) Region 2/1A Champs, Happy Valley(7-3) Region 1/2A Champs, 2A-West Greene in the Playoffs, 4A-Johnson County, and 4A-Unicoi County.

 

My point is that Hampton has had the tougher schedule! It is fact! Just look at my posts and look at the region standings and schedules for yourself! If Hampton played your schedule they would be 9-1 too! Simple as that!

 

Hampton should've won against Happy Valley(Refs cost that one), West Greene(Took a Half off), and Cosby(Didnt show in 2nd half)! The other two losses we just got beat!

 

If Hampton had showed up at all in the 2nd Half they would have beat you guys by the 16 we was up at halftime!

 

But O well the past is the past! Maybe we can play again in the playoffs!

Thats nothing but a lie, I never once said anything about being better than Oneida ,Johnson Co, WG or even Happy Valley. Isaid Hampton was better than osby And they should have won against Happy Valley. Didn't even say they were better than Happy Valley, just they got the raw nd of the deal.. You nuts are the ones who have nade razy comments all year long. You barely beat Unaka ,Cloudland and lost to grace. You did beat Hampton by 4 piyiful points and you had about 5 extra posessions to do it. That was Hamptons fault and it got you the win. You were the better team that night but it was only due to Hampton's incompitance. Things like that don't happen very often.

GCA finished 9-1(4-1) but their opponents record was 32-68! Not too strong!

Cosby finished 8-2(4-1) but their opponents record was 40-60! Still not impressed!

Hampton finished 5-5(4-1) and their opponents record is 52-48! Oh my gosh, A winning record!

Get over it. Your glory days are over. You finished third in the region no matter how you look at it. You had your chance to be the region champs but you got beat by a much better team (Cosby).
