Lord Vader
What are everyones thoughts on this game? I don't know much at all about Cornersville, but their schedule looks impressive. I think some people may be underestimating Hampton because of their record, but they have played a very tough schedule against some very good teams. After their performance against Wartburg last night, I wouldn't count them out against anybody...

They are obviously pretty good or they wouldn't be at state.

Hampton is small, and very athletic, they can all handle the ball and can all shoot. Lots of pressing and trapping, will not let you play a halfcourt team. All I've heard is Clarkrange will win it all and they may very well do that, but Hamton is a team that nobody wants to plat right now. You have a nice record, tell us about your team> What kind of size? Do they play full court or halfcourt? Can they shoot the 3? What kind of schedule did you play? Have you ever been to state tournament before? I think Hampton is a better team because of their injuries, this created a lot more depth. Cornersville is in Marshall County same as Forrest. We have goos size in Sarah king and Haley Fagan, a great guards in Sarah Nelms And Makenzie hopkins. Sarah can beat you on they dribble and go to the basket like Iverson or step back and shoot the 3 without hesitation. Sarah King will put a hutring on you in the post and rebounds great! Haley shoots the 3 well and can handle the ball quite nice! We have played a tough schedule look it up and see for yourself. This is our first trip to the "Boro" if memory serves me correct. coachh17
What does Hampton have as far as size and caliber of players? They are obviously pretty good or they wouldn't be at state. Hampton is led by senior guard Mikki Oliver. She can shoot the three ball, but is also a slashing driver in the half court or the open floor. Josie Mckinney is a lightning quick wing and shut down defender. Post/Wing Chelsea Weddle has been hurt off an on all year, but she is healthy now and gives the Dogs a third option. There are also several key role players and three point specialists on the Dog's roster. They are not very big, but they are well-coached, experienced, scrappy, and have played a brutal schedule. Go Dogs!!!!!!

zAZa90
I think Hampton has the heart and determination to win this tournament. Hampton may very well bring home the gold ball to the Alliance. /thumb[1].gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":thumb:" border="0" alt="thumb[1].gif" />
