Start off right at bat with BGA, then a 5 o'clock game in Kentucky? Well im sure the players dont mind cutting school for that, then playing ten games without a bye week till oct. 23, and whoever put the FHS vs. BHS game in the last week is genius. This has to be the toughest schedule in all of the district.

JungleJim125
When is the scrimmage? Does any one in Franklin remember Danny Nowell. He was the coach there for a few years. I was just wondering about him.

I for one have season tickets and it is a shame that with the new costs for these tickets that we only get four home games!! That is two years in a row for only four home games? Who made the schedule the AD that was forced to leave so he made a RIDICULOUS schedule or did the football coaches make this schedule???? Last year I bought my ticket and then the Hillsboro game got moved to Nashville and we had to buy that ticket also. Two years in a row for only four home regular season games something is wrong with that, PERIOD!!

Well hold on there, 1) The Louisville Fern Creek game's location has not been announced yet. 2) Im sure, if Franklin is good enough this year, that the Rebels will get at least one home game in the playoffs. 3) Maybe the head coach wants to push the team like last year, it worked last year, yall went to state. Plus im just wondering, is the Franklin vs. BGA game their first ever game between them?

Plus im just wondering, is the Franklin vs. BGA game their first ever game between them? I was told last week that the game is in Louisville. I understand pushing your team, but I'd say that the rutherford county teams could do that very well and we are not playing any of them. Why so far up in KY? This will be very hard to even get to with my job. I guess I will have to take vacation time just to go watch Franklin play. We are already going to Ooltewah. Why not get them to come to us so we would have five home games. That is MY BIGGEST PROBLEM with the schedule. It is not fair to us or the kids to always go on the road to play games. (and to answer your question: our season tickets do not count for playoff games!!. Why up the price when we are only having four home games that is my question????? It is my understanding that this is the first game ever against BGA, but I do not know for sure.

And the answer to your question why upping your prices is because of the recession we are having and keeping up with costs of lighting the field, grounds crew, scoreboard, busses to the away games etc...
