bballrebounder
Morristown West beat Campbell County in their opening Hall of Fame game 69-37. How did any of the other IMAC teams do?
littlerock
Cocke County 57, Lenoir City 37 Gibbs 61, South-Doyle 51 Seymour 64, William Blount 46 Grainger 60, Jefferson County 57 (OT)

raiderray
I know you have missed me! And the roly polys You guys are keeping up the great IMAC tradition - 41 posts, and the second HOF games haven't been played yet! My humble opinion - West is 1, Cocke is 2, 3-7 is determined by matchups. East has size, JC has quickness, Cherokee could be the sleeper, playing all the youngsters they played last year, but new coach....Seymour will have to rely on quickness and hot shooting, their size left for Middle Tennessee (sorry Don), who knows about Sevier County, and South Doyle is likely in for a another loooooonnnnng season. I will be checking in from time to time to make sure you guys are keeping it real, and keeping it calm and creditable.... One irony - Jeff County was already playing home and homes with Sevier and South Doyle, and used to play Seymour in HOF game. So they may know the new teams better than anyone else. Probably means very little....
Lizard
Look out new IMAC, cloninger has her team excited about basketball and she does have some talent. She will go deep into her bench and keep girls playing fresh and hard. East will finish 2nd this year in the conference only because west is loaded. But dont be surprised if they give west a run for their money.

Lizard
Dont misread what i wrote, west will beat east both times they play, but dont be surprised if east plays them well. I hope everyone else in the conference thinks like you and gives no credit to our "middle school coach". She will change your mind in a hurry. bbfan2323
trust me she will change no minds here. east always seems to be boasting early in the year then come close to the end of the season they are nowhere to be found. west, cocke co., jeff, seymour, and i think cherokee even takes them down. littlerock
West is clearly the top team. South-Doyle is clearly 8th. After that, I think you will see a lot of teams beating up on each other. I think 9-5 or 8-6 will be good enough for second place. I think there is that much parity. I like East's post play. I like the guards at Seymour and Jeff County. Cocke County has nice talent. Cherokee has good post play. Sevier County is the mystery, but they have had bad injury problems, so it isn't fair to judge them yet.
