LOL no not a nupe. Alpha Phi Alpha spring 01. I hope Nichols isnt going to a private school in nashville( Im sicking of Rutherford CO. losing kids to nashville private schoolsits so frustrating)Top

My bad...that's right Alpha's say ice, ice, baby....that's all I think of when I see your name...LOL

Hopefully not but I think she will. Just like LaVergne have lost other girls in the past, she will be just one in many that could come in and help this program stay on the map. What about Middleton at MTCS - will she stay there or head to Nashville as well?? Middle TN/Rutherford County is a hotbed for talent especially since the emergence of the Hooptown/Team Pride program. Alot of these girls play AAU with TM Pride during the summer.

But jazzy, I think you will agree that players with Pride played from Memphis to Knoxville.

and let me say this I have nothing against AAU and AAU coaches I just think credit is due on both ends middle school coaches and AAU coaches. lets not forget Rutherford County probably has one of the most competitive middle school leagues in the mid state if not the whole state just check how they dominated in the postseason this year both girls and boys

There are some middle school coaches who leave much to be desired, however the same can be said true about some of the AAU coaches. Some of these people make a living off those who can afford to fund their intramural programs. It is very sad, but that is the way that basketball has become. Fundamentals are giving way to run and gun.
