Crockett v.s. Milan.. game of tha yr!!!

Boy, I wish I could go to this game, but my Jackets will be playing in Lake Co. this Friday. This should be a humdinger of a game.

 

In my opinion, Milan gets the slight edge; but it's very, very close to being a toss up.

Crockett Co. 20

I think Milan's balanced attack, and the experience in being in big games the last few years will be too much for Crockett County. I see the BullDawgs pulling away in the 2nd half.

Well I know that I sure am excited about this game! It's always been a great West Tennessee powerhouse showdown when these two teams meet.....and Friday night will only prove to be the same thing.

 

Based on score to score ratio.....I gotta go with my Bulldawgs! They are awesome right now! I don't see them slowing down anytime soon. Based on the fact that Crockett Co beat Dyersburg 21-14 and Milan beat D-burg 35-7.....that shows me that statistically, Milan should win! Now we all know Crockett Co. will bring their 'A' game...(I'd expect NO less)....so it'll be a battle def.

 

Milan's depth will help them greatly......Their 2nd string players have gotten quite alot of field time this year.....I believe they've played half a ballgame just about every game!

 

So.....I predict Milan 28 - Crockett Co. 10

This should be the game of the year in West Tennessee--and will be played quickily, since both teams are run oriented. I saw Milan in person twice, on tape 4 times, saw Crockett in person once and on tape 4 times. Very good matchup. I would give the edge to Milan based on:

 

1. The presence of Gilbert and Williamson at linebackers.

2. More big game experience in the past few years.

3. Better passing game. (Not all passes coming off play action)

 

I think either team would settle for a 1 point win and not play this one. I would think maybe 3 touchdowns to 2, Milan.

When crockett played dyersburg, dyersburg were goin strong and had all their players. After we beat them they went downhill a little and after obion beat them they had some players to quit and battles within the team. When milan played dyersburg they had lost almost all their steam and milan played about half the dyersburg team crockett did so dont go by the scores they are ver misleading. GO CAVALIERS!!!!!!!
