If anyone has low standards it would have to be Golddust. Each week you get on here to bash Gallatin football, fans, and the city. Get a life...probably one of those former Beech players who wished his parents would have moved to Gallatin to know what great football tradition is all about. Get ready BrownCrust, Gallatin is ready to prove you wrong once again.

Awww, crackalack got his feelings hurt :thumb:

Crack, by "great football tradition" do you mean a decade of beating up on metro schools and then losing in the first round, every year? If so...that is probably SO true. :roflolk:

Marked i hope you think losing in the first rd is funny becasue thats what Mt. Juliet will be doing for the next few years

Yes I know this is true, especially after we lose our head coach. I am able to call an apple an apple, I have no qualms about that. Too bad you galatians do. I don't guess it is so bad, it just gives me ample reason/evidence to get you fired up about it. I wish gwave1 would tell us one more time that Gallatin is the underdog, I am not sure I have yet taken his whole-hearted unfounded claim seriously yet. Keep screaming it wave1, that way if you lose your excuse is already in print. Why do you have so little confidence in your squad? They just beat the #1 team in 5a. No sarcasm... :roflolk:

Gallatin is not the favorite and the underdog.

No excuses just the facts.

Just like the fact that you hate Gallatin and that tradition that you make fun of includes a 23-5 record against your beloved Mt Juliet Bears. :o

    • I have no clue if Derek tried to talk some since into his dad or not about staying here. All he is going to accomplish is going from the oven to the frying pan. If I were the coach all Ale would freze over before I set back and watched one of my good players leave without a fight.
    • If this is true, South Gibson is taking a big chance. Passing on an experienced coach for a guy who has never coached at the high school level is a high risk move, especially in that district and region.
    • Dorian Eskridge was HVA's best back, 2011
    • Jo Byrns was a very solid team last year. Imo, I thought they presented the biggest challenge for us on our path to winning it all last year. I expect them to be in the conversation and one of the final few teams playing in Murfreesboro
    • I'm not sure you understand anything if you think DB's career and AD's career are comparable.  This is a terrible take.   Not to slight AD, He was a good player and he got better as he matured after high school.   But Desean had over 8,000 yards in HS and was a two-time Mr. Football.
