Should be a great game between two really good football squads. Gallatin has never beaten a district foe when they meet in the playoffs. Everybody knows it is very tough to win twice over the same team so the Green Wave is really gonna have to step up tonight.

 

So is this the best team Beech has put on the field or does that distinction go to the Corlew/Sadler team in the mid 90's? Just curious.

That mid 90's team with Corlew and Sadler went to the semi's their JR year with Michael Paul Harris as QB.

Don't forget Eugene Shaw at WR as well... in their Sr year they had too many injuries and no experience at Qb as Harris was a 3.5 year starter for that team

While I have not seen this years Bucs play, it would be hard for me to think that any team BHS has put on the field since 1996 could play with the 95 semi-finalist. Corlew had 1900 yds rushing, Sadler had 1400 yds. rushing and Harris threw for over 1000 yds. They could hurt you from any direction at anytime. They are the best team in BHS history.
