Marion vs Grundy

Maybe I've missed it but I've seen zero discussion on this game.

 

For some reason I'm thinking Marion will be focused after getting SP out of the way and pull an upset, 21-14.

Jasper is going to be fragile. If Grundy comes out and smacks them in the mouth early and often, they may fold up like a cheap lawn chair. That was probably the worst margin of defeat in the Pirate-Warrior Clash and maybe when of the worst defeats in Jasper's history. However, if the Jackets keep it close, Jasper may salvage the season like last year.

Old Pirate says the team with purple is sure to win. Figure the warriors have had time to heal but see this one goin in favor of the Jackets. Since this is a new recent started thread Ole Roy has not had time to give his take on the game.

OP says the Warriors need to remember to take off them legs weights ifin theys a planning on winning this here feud amongst them purple clad folkes.

I can't believe how 2 years ago the Marion faithful was bragging about their new coach and how they were going to win for years to come. I never figured you would be able to turn them off, but something did. Grundy wins this one by 14.

Grundy will win hands down by 3 td's..Jasper fans keep Boeck and keep faith..he is a good coach and can do some good things when he has talent!! Remember the coaches can not play for the players!!

1-3 for teams down that way tonight (SP, Whit), not too much to brag on there. I still can't believe Whitwell lost to LV by three touchdowns.

Met some old purple fellas last night at the Beene, and they was sittin' on our side yellin' for the Eagles. They seemed happy when the dust settled.
