I don't think LCHS out of District 8AAA will go west this year. I didn't see any let down from any of the teams in the quad 4 so I think this year Henry County will be back in quad 4. If the TSSAA does what they say this year then quad 4 is set with teams in that area. With the exception of Tullahoma I think the district 8 teams will all play in quad 3 and Tullahoma may get bumped to quad 2. I will have to look more closely at it but right now that is how it appears.
