I kinda had a feeling you wouldn't have the decency or integrity to answer the question. By the way, with your spelling and grammar skills (i.e., "real" instead of "really"), you probably should stay away from law school. :thumb:

 

True...my one handed typing on.. this mobile sucks...

 

OK, see if you can follow, you just start posting this season under the name Tony Dalton... The new CAK website's 2010 football rooster has a huge freshman.......I took a guess and threw the carrot...uh, I mean 3 year detail and bam! You took the bait?! I did not really know for sure...but if he is your son....you got a big feller!!:) Matter fact...we might have something in maroon that will fit him......;)

Fair enough. Not really a question of me "taking bait" though. I wanted to see if you were capable of answering a simple question. After a couple of tries, you did! It wasn't that painful, I bet. And there's no shame in having researched me a lil'. Trust me, though, I take myself much less seriously than most lawyers I know.

 

And, yes, you found my little baby on the CAK roster. It's a good thing I'm a lawyer because my grocery bill is sometimes pretty high. I doubt he would ever consider wearing maroon, though, because he loves CAK and all the friends he's developed since kindergarten.

For different reasons. Either we have a chance to draw a larger crowd on a Thursday, or kids will be out of school on Friday, (that is this weeks case) or we have a chance to scout CAK on Friday, as was the case last week!

 

:shock: Why? Surely you jest! Oh, oh, forgive me. When you said "we have a chance to scout CAK" you must have meant "we" as in "APB,BC,Faceforradio, etc..." not Coach Ranking and General Nix. Of course they don't need to scout the Warriors, just pop in a tape from the last couple of years. But you're not fooling me, I know your "scouting" is to check out the CAK moms fire.gif

come on guys...an alias is an alias and killing some dogs (ps served his time for that)is not the same as people being torn apart for the sport of it by lions for their faith...Don't even try to go down that road. It is a message board that is (or at least should be) taken with a grain of salt and I understand that. I personally thought it was a low blow, thats all.

 

Your feelings are your feelings and no one should intentionally set out to hurt you. However, I took the post as jest and even as a Pastor I thought it was pretty funny :thumb:

Scottie, I like your thinking, but you've got the doctor/lawyer ratio flipped. So here is the scenario:

 

We assemble an all star team of CAK doctors who call their brothers and cousins who work for the CDC in Atlanta. They send cultures to the lab taken from field core samples from the football field at Alcoa. It is determined that the field is contaminated with Ecoli bacteria, the source is determined to be from human excrement pouring onto the field from the home side stands due to everyone being so full of it. So the game would be moved to CAK where the officials would receive a pre-game meal from Flemings Steak House, complimentary of course. Then our legal council would get a TSSAA injuntion stating that the Alcoa starters were not elgible due to not meeting the minimum number of quarters played prior to playing another undefeated team in week 11. Of course the charges are completely bogus since there is no such rule, but hey, this is the TSSAA, it will take them at least a week to figure it out. Finally, we will send a shuttle bus over to Blount County to pick up all the star struck fans that are clammering to see the Tornadoe twos, first stop, Greenback. Now our chances have improved about 50%. :D

      I think that pretty much sums it up, really. To be perfectly honest, I'm far less sour about Eagleville getting to host themselves in the state tournament every year than I am the fact that we find ourselves in a position that we have to play STATE TOURNAMENT games at a blamed Single A facility.

      It's time to put away with the award. 18 players selected, and 17 of those players are from Middle and East Tennessee. I guess they don't play baseball in West Tennessee. I understand there will be players that were "snubbed." We can make a legit argument that it occurs in Mr. Football and as well as Mr./Mrs. Basketball. But baseball is not a place where we can sit here and say "these are the 3 best players in this class and that class."  And we got to get rid of these polls bullcrap that's being released. It's all nonsense.

      He won’t got anywhere he has it made in h20 he prob makes almost what a head coach in t c makes plus there’s not as much pressure there everyone is a use to the losing there. I say he will be there for many years just waiting for Webster to leave…
