I went to ya'lls game last night. Congrats on a big win. The folks were real nice there. Even the announcer gave a special welcome to couch Vic. LOL They had about as many fans at there home game that we take out on the road with us. There band is good too. I hope they all have a safe trip down here. But it will probably be a long trip home for them.

Well i'll put it to yall this way Moore County is READY TO PLAY ... And oh by the way South Pitt's coach was @ the game and he's worried and i'm quoting him ..... So please under estimate Moore County

I know nothing about Moore County-Lynchburg, but I will take South Pittsburg by 28 in this one. It is the second round so the competition for South Pittsburg is going to be ALOT tougher in this game than the BYE week provided.

MC no longer plays smash mouth football. Blue Raiders have a new coach and they were using the spread offense. They mostly run out of it, they do not throw much. One of their best players transfered to Tullahoma before the season started.

 

They snap the ball to the QB and he runs up the middle most of the time. The coach might call it a spread but it is a glorified single wing offense which is smash mouth. I will add that their coach has done a great job and they are running an offense that they can run..

Looks like on paper South Pittsburg is at least a 35 point favorite. And the Pirates will probably win by at least that much. But the Raiders will have nothing to be ashamed of. After all, it has been almost 10 years since the Raiders have made the 2nd round playoffs, and no one would have ever thought at the start of this year they would even make the playoffs much less the 2nd round.

 

Good job Moore County coaching staff and good job Raider players.

has some of the same aspects, but I do not consider MC as a smash mouth team. Different opinions are ok...good luck next year in Huntland
