I can’t wait. All those sophomores who played for Greeneville two years ago have probably been looking forward to having another shot at them. I’m sure Giles Co. will be a tough opponent, and I hope they bring a big crowd to Greeneville.

 

If Greeneville keeps playing like they did tonight, then I like their chances.

Giles isn't a "Knoxville city school" that relies on athletes to win games and freaks out when they play a well coached team with players. They will come to play and they'll play hard. Greeneville better be careful what they wish for because Giles County is not coming to east-TN to shine their rings. O'Conner is a good coach and his teams are going to battle right up through the end. Good Luck Bobcats!

And we know they are a great team. But Seriously doubt they have seen a team like greeneville.

The state championship game from two years ago will be enough to make sure Greeneville respects what Giles Co. is capable of. If I remember correctly, they used a lot of different looks offensively. So, they won’t be easy to prepare for.

 

This is a state semifinal game, so both teams will be good. No one should expect a blowout game by this round. It could happen, but the odds are against it.

Giles don't want to see this D. Old man Giles come find me next friday i'll walk u to your car after that @$$ whooping. Who knows I might show you what that's all about!

Most people who post on here will rib and joke about the other team and all that is fine and good, but DO NOT come on here and make stupid threats! It just shows your class or lack of!

      Well nothing new, the Mustangs are really talented again this coming season!  They very well could go undefeated in regular season.  We shall see what happens in postseason.  I think the path to state title game is a little clearer than years past.  I think the Stangs are going to be really good and I think the traditional teams around in 2A are not going to be as strong.  It should be a fun season!

      I would not put too much stock into the UH over Eagleville. From what I understand they were pretty banged up in that tourney. Catcher was out, they were throwing pretty deep in their bullpen and a few key players were beat up in their infield. Sounds like they are pretty healthy heading into the district tournament. Look at their schedule, they played some really good teams.
