What a night by Spare and Gill. Defense kept us in it. Then offense broke out. What an amazing game! Finally got the monkey off our back. Milan and Boss both did great on the offensive side. The place went crazy when Gill went on for goal-line, that was great. Now it's time for white county!

Great game by two rivals DC and LA. Now LA needs to win 6 of last 7 to hope for a playoff birth. UHS score suprised on amount of offense on both sides 49-26. MC score 23-0 over YI a little suprising.

I would look at LA maybe having another good season. Lost a few good players but looks like they may have a good coaching staff in place. SC will be ok, but still has a major learning curve. DC will be ok. Upperman will probably still be middle of the road with maybe an upset somewhere. York probably the same. MC somewhere in the middle or bottom. Cannon is absolutely terrible and its not the kids fault. I still say its to early to make anyone a preseason number one.

Just got off phone with buddy who was at SC and UHS. Said Manning looked good and got about 25 carries, made the most of them. Got good yards and kept SC in the game for a while. Said he is clearly their best back. Said QB York had like 5 runs over 40 yards and guessing CYork had 300+ rushing 100+ passing, 5 td's. He also said 1 lb was out for UHS for some reason. Not a lot of defense played but UH offense still rolling. Would have been hard pressed to have seen a better game than SC/DC.....nail biter.

In baxter, that cool but small bleachers. I will dub this game the " battle of Center Hill". Will be fun to watch.

Lol we're not one to be able to talk about small visitor bleachers, but man it's the truth. When we went there last year we had them full before game time was even close and when I got there fans were having to go to the home side.

I think they got like two additional bleachers set up, or at least they did for gordonsville
