Who's next at Munford?

Saw on the TSSAA website that Munford is searching for a new football coach? Who looks like the favorite?

I hope the next coach at Munford will have a successful carrer there. Munfors will be in a district with Hardin Co., Dyer Co., and Brighton. (Jackson North Side will be dropping to 4A next year)

Great venue, fans, and players. If Munford gets a good coach, they turn into a program.

Interviews ended yesterday. The decision will be made by the end of the week or first of next week.

Can we all say ... Ahmaad Galloway!

 

Who saw this comming? I know I was surprised, but I think this is a good hire. Just think ... a Millington high school football great, who went on to play collegiately at the University of Alabama and be a star running back there, come back home and becomes the head coach at the rival school of his ala mater. You couldn't have scripted it any better.

It seems like there has been several coaches come to Munford, have little to no success then leave as soon as they can(not speaking of the latest..obviously a different situation). There has to be some other issue going on.
