Class A Lake County and Humboldt The District 14A invitational

Class AA Jackson South Side and CPA CPA the lone representative from

middle and east Tennessee in all classes.

Class AAA Southwind and Dyer County

5 of the 6 teams playing for state titles on Saturday are from the west of the Tennessee River.

No doubt that the west dominates round ball.

Not at all..1 team got a forfeit bc a team from the west cheated ...another team from the west had to forfeit 10 games for cheating and still made it to the boro ..but I'm sure these are isolated cases..odds and past experience says no way..but I'll let y'all be the judge

If I had to judge it sounds like you don't know anything about west Tn basketball except for some recent news articles! :ugeek:

Lake Co. had to forfeit four wins.,, not 10. And they self reported the violations because they have integrity... something you obviously do not. You may not like the fact that a thread is started to talk about "West Tn Dominance" and that is fine. But don't come on here and trash kids. And don't say that isn't what you are doing because you are. Lake Co. is the team that you accused of "cheating" and kids play for Lake Co. The kids did not know that the player was ineligible and had nothing to do with it. When the coaches found out about it they acted with class and self-reported it. You should act with class as well and leave the kids who did nothing wrong alone. They are in the championship game because of all the right reasons.

YOU DEFINITELY ARE A ZERO.... GO BACK TO THE GHETTO.... GETTO!!!!

    • I hear the Stansberry kid is having receiver's come out all the time to help put in some work.    RWR!! I hope 20+ kids are showing up.
    • I think that pretty much sums it up, really. To be perfectly honest, I'm far less sour about Eagleville getting to host themselves in the state tournament every year than I am the fact that we find ourselves in a position that we have to play STATE TOURNAMENT games at a blamed Single A facility.
    • It's time to put away with the award. 18 players selected, and 17 of those players are from Middle and East Tennessee. I guess they don't play baseball in West Tennessee. I understand there will be players that were "snubbed." We can make a legit argument that it occurs in Mr. Football and as well as Mr./Mrs. Basketball. But baseball is not a place where we can sit here and say "these are the 3 best players in this class and that class."  And we got to get rid of these polls bullcrap that's being released. It's all nonsense.
    • Thanks. I'm just trying to understand how this process works.   It seems like a bit of a sweetheart deal to me but the cookie has to crumble somewhere I guess.
    • He won’t got anywhere he has it made in h20 he prob makes almost what a head coach in t c makes plus there’s not as much pressure there everyone is a use to the losing there. I say he will be there for many years just waiting for Webster to leave…
