long and short; dekalb was gassed in the second half. tc had 6 turnovers, 4 in the first half. high snap to the punter in his own endzone with 20 seconds left.

I want to congratulate TC and say I hope you had a good trip to the fans. I think it speaks volumes that we're on here talking about how TC pulled it off at the end, instead of the blowout that just happened.

He's a jr. Freshman qb mistakes hurt bad tonight. Two passes at the end that were overthrown were like a dagger in the heart. But he placed that deep ball on the last drive right in the hands of the receiver. Tough break. I gained a lot of confidence for the rest of our schedule tonight. I can see us going 8-2 if we don't have any injuries.

Well...I just aged about 5 yrs tonight! Great game and effort by DC. Proud of the fight the Jackets showed tonight. Hard to overcome 6 turnovers..don't care how good you are. I think the extra week of prep helped DC. They were definitely ready to play...outplayed us almost 3 qtrs. I'll eat some crow on my 38-7 prediction. Last time you'll see me predict a game!

Agreed. I'm still a little surprised he came out passing there at the end. Thought he would just try Milan and hope for a big play..if not settle it in OT. I thought that was a mistake
