There's a feller over in the valley that might be lookin' for a job.  And he's already got a purple jacket and hat.  Seen it on a video.

Gotta have better credentials than painting, that's probably the main thing brother John did do why he was there. He could really spruce a place up with some paint. Aside from the kids I bed Finley is the happiest in town that Johns gone.

I talked to Mr. King briefly during the Tyner game about the rumors concerning Allen. He was aware of them. We talked about how the next coach would have a good nucleus of a team coming back to work with . He said he would have a prominent alumnus on that committee who played on a Central football team that won big. Also he would have someone from the community. He also said the AD and himself would be on it. I think he knew who he wanted and was just waiting on Allen. You can not do anything until the school board officially announces the opening. However I just think some wheels may have been turning. Plus they may be waiting til after the playoffs. But I feel they may have had some inquiries.

Well I see no one with any info yet. Basketball game tomorrow night and something may come out then. I think they may have had some interest from some locals. Do nor know who right now. Just some possibilities maybe.

me either...  I am wondering if they have even posted the job.  I am no sure how the system works on this kind of thing.  it could be that Finley's #1 is still coaching in the playoffs or that he is already at the school just waiting to officially be named..could be that nothing has been done at all.  Really fun waiting it out isn't it? 

 

i did have a conversation with a Heritage parent last night. She cringed at the thought of our former coach coming there.  And this was even before i said anything about him.  Seems his name is still MUD in north georgia.

Hey Fish, Season, Stan I am glad u guys are still around . I was just thinking u have given up on us getting a coach yet. Seriously though I think Mr. King ma be waiting. I am sure the playoffs may have slowed things down. I think he will let the committee start the process and find candidates.

By the way and no jokes. I am getting ready to do some house remodeling. I do not need a painter. I looked at that guys work up in Jasper and just was not impressed so no painter is needed. But need a roofer, going to do some work on my deck, and extend my front porch, and possibly put down some laminate flooring. Any suggestions if you all have any would be helpful. I still do not need the painter from Jasper. His color schemes were off and his work was sloppy and I don't think he's any good at that job.

Thanks for the info. Some things must have came to together very quickly. I figured the school athletic dep has some funds that were probably turned over from the booster club and some people probably stepped up. I think they had good attendance this year at the games and made some monies off of the gates especially the Hall of Fame game. Any other word on coaching searches or what do you think someone on staff will get it? I personally don't. I think they are getting apps. I think thy will take their time and not have any fluff thrown at them in other words talk a good game but has no proof to show for it.
