Shep
Don't see that happening...too much money. Not with hotel taxes and the revenue generated by having a new convention center. SEC and NCAA championships locked in make the town more visible. Factor that into all the other ways hotels get booked every weekend and a stadium gets paid for by visitors as well as Nashville residents and the Bud Adams family. Add that together and landing the super bowl would put Nashvegas in a whole new category compared to similar cities.

MrLegit
Murfreesburo hands down. It was like a college game
devilsden
Simple Question: where should the championship games be played? Simple answer: where you can walk to the stadium from a bunch of eating establishments or at least ONE hotel and where you can just about split the distance from Memphis to Knoxville. Every major interstate from Knoxville, Choo-choo, Memphis and B'ham to Louisville runs through it! NASHVILLE ONE SOLUTION - VANDERBILT Now if the Titans had a domed stadium, I would vote to go there, just like they do in Georgia. BigDave1967
Play it at Finley Stadium in Chattanooga for awhile.
FootballFan51
Play it at Finley Stadium in Chattanooga for awhile. That would be a great venue & I think everyone would enjoy downtown Chattanooga. Plenty of hotels & restaurants nearby. But, I just don't think it would be fair for the West Tn schools. Nashville or Murfreesboro are the two best for all. Gerry Bertier
Murfreesboro the stadium was too large, parking was a pain and no place close by to eat. Cookeville stadium is the right size, decent parking but below average facilities and places too far away to eat. Vandy too big of stadium, chappy parking but food close by and newer facilities. It all comes down to what you think is important. For me it is the game atmosphere and that is why I love Cookeville compared to the other two. JohnnyRay
Cookeville stadium is the right size, decent parking but below average facilities and places too far away to eat. Cookeville has at least 25+ restaurants within 5-7 minutes of the campus. It may take a little longer to get there because of the increase in traffic but they're not that far away. Were you wanting them right next to the stadium?

Walking distance would be what I am talking about and Vandy has that. It takes a good 20-25 minutes to get from the stadium to the strip of restaurants by the interstate. powerp
Me personally I would love the bigger stadiums...I mean look where Ga, NC, and AL state title games are played...Tennessee is the only state that has their state title games played in a crappy place
lancer10
Why have it at a big stadium over one weekend.....Is it $$$$? Or fans... It kills the game,no crowds and no excitement.....And most of the kids don't like it at the big stadiums...
