lionsupport
I heard this and was praying it was not true. I guess he is being presented a great opportunity. The players will really miss him. He has turned a pitiful program into a winner. You will be missed Coach Hodge. Best of luck at Murray High. hogheaven
I'm sure coach west will find a good replacement. Got a lot of talented skill players on the team. Hottest job opening in west tennessee. Leaders on team need to keep team working hard and not worry about crap they can't change. Go lions! lionfbfan
Man, I hate to lose Coach Hodge, but wish him and his family the best. Hopefully the powers that be will choose the right man for the job. I would love for these upcoming Lions to enjoy the pride and success that comes with a winning program like the Hodges have help build here at Dresden. dtownfan364
Best of luck to Keith Hodge & his family. He & his brother have totally turned our program around in a few short years. We went from being everyone's homecoming game to playing in the state championship game. The boys that have played for them have had the upmost respect for both of them. They brought alot of excitement to our tiny town. We have the underclassman at Dresden to make for several more years of exciting football. I just hope the administration makes the right choice when hiring & takes in consideration what community members, Quarterback Club members & players want. GO LIONS!! ysoangry
I'm guessing the administration won't make the obvious choice. I've talked with my school board member and he isn't found of the coach we need running the show. This could get interesting!!!!

Maybe they will give Coach Gomes a chance. He gets a lot out of his players and Dresden has completely turned around over the last 4 years. I heard a rumor the Gleason coach may be interested.....don't know if it's true, but he's done a lot with a very small program.
