TheLateGreat
last year yes. Not this year. Imagine Milan and Manning lined up behind CYork. Stevons,Hollars,Elderidge, and hedgecoth at WR. Defense have kid like Ely, Dildine, Phillips,Creekbohm, Gill, Linder, Boss...that would be one nasty team right there. Iceman2000
It's good to dream, but that's what that is exactly a dream. I guess on any given day anything is possible.
DCTIGERFAN
Good conversation topic, I have thought about this before and would say most years would be a yes. That's my thoughts as well. Some years would be absolutely loaded like last year, some years would be a little more down but still a very very good team none the less. It's good to dream, but that's what that is exactly a dream. I guess on any given day anything is possible. I specifically said "I know this is silly", no need to pee on our parade, dingus. JohnnyRay
If 8aa had a powerhouse school that all the top talent in the area wanted to go to, I'd wager that the team would be going to the semis every year in 3a. Probably 4a too, but that would be a little tougher top to bottom. I'd also wager that the 8aa dream team could beat Alcoa some years, with the proper coaches. It would be interesting to see no doubt.
hitme
Who would you pull from each school...O and D? Linder would be anybody's first pick I'm sure
Iceman2000
Best kid on DC would be Jennings. Both LA WR's. Phillips kid from Upperman, Carlisle kid from.Macon. Didn't see York game but they got some good kids.
JohnnyRay
Could we throw cookeville and white co in too? I'd like to see angel and Johnson on the dream team. The best thing about the U right now would probably be our receiver corps, but they're overshadowing by LAs receivers, they're just too young. utmcd
Let me toss this this one out and see what some thoughts are. I know almost everyone saw the LA 2012 team. Some once, twice (DeKalb)possibly three times if you watched us play Fulton. If you take that team and plug in, you name your players here, just a few of the best remaining players in the district so we don't have 70% of our players going both ways. Keep in mind at half time LA was leading with no fluke plays and Fulton was mouthing at each other and heads down at the break. It is my opinion that with a majority of players going only one way LA not only wins that game but the state. I also believe the 2012 Fulton team (could) have beat Maryville, Alcoa or Ensworth that year. Great topic. This years team would have an unbelievable amount of skill players but might struggle at the line of scrimmage but I haven't see Fulton yet. UpperCumberlandMan
That would be a pretty sweet team.u take all seniors off ever team in 2013....say 12 per team......that's 84. Seniors. I don't think any high school team could keep up with that.

I was going on avg....20 by UH, 14 by MC...so was guessing avg would be about 12 per team.
