What's going on in 6AAA?

Cumberland County got a good win last night against Clarkrange at home, finally had a good shooting night and got our 6'3" post back (she's been out for the last month with an illness).  CCHS built a 20 point lead in the first quarter and managed to finish with a 20 point win after CR cut it to single digits a couple of times.  The Lady Jets are 15-3 with three losses to state champs or contenders in Clarkrange, Elizabethton, and Brentwood Academy.  We haven't been playing our best through the holidays until last night, hopefully - we can "right" the ship for district play and be able to compete with White County.

Hope both teams crossville and Sparta can make it to jan 20 unbeaten in district play. Will be intense to say the least...

White county lost to Clarkrange 48 to 42. WC led most of the way, but without 2 of our players (due to injuries) and it showed tonight.

Clarkrange would have never led the game with both of our players. But Clarkrange knows that this year. Haha haha. 😉
