At least in my house.

It is nice to have a TV show dedicated to High School football. Its also nice having a TV game. However, I refuse to put up with Mark Packers arrogance any more. He is making money from our kids yet talks about them on his programs in derogatory ways. He is NOT for our kids.

He really has zero broadcast etiquette and tact. Plus, he always seems to be good for at least 5 stupid comments an hour. But I love what he does for HS sports because he proves a great showcase for the kids. I'd be sad if there were no HS Heroes or Rivalry Thursday.

I got sick of hearing him and turned off the sound of the internet video and listened to the Alcoa broadcast.

I know that several football programs have told him what they think of him. If you listen closely you will hear him use his TV platform to talk badly about those programs. He goes out of his way to run those programs down. Listen closely and you will know who they are.

Huh?

I am watching the game as we speak (I recorded it) and I didn't hear him say anything bad about Maryville or Alcoa. In fact he was very complimentary of both programs. I have heard him say some questionable things in the past, but I don't think he means harm. He just jokes sometimes and it gets taken the wrong way. Let's face it, adults get way too sensitive about kids, I'm guilty of that myself when it comes to WB. But I haven'r heard him say anything that is even borderline offensive yet. Idk maybe I'm missing something/missed something.

I haven't watch the broadcast of Alcoa/Maryville from last night. I am glad to hear he was complimentary in your opinion. This is just my opinion based on years of experience. I was curious if it was only me.

He did say Fulton games are not worthy of his show because they blow everyone out and no one would watch.Although i dont care for his ability to call a game,he is a dweeb.
