Westmoreland will be a tough 2A Team.  All but two Offensive Lineman returning.  A fairly large Senior Class for a 2A Team for 2015.  A really tough back in Dillon Todd  surrounded by other good backs.  Couple of Good Linebackers.  I look for this team to work hard and give it their all. We are thankful for the Oppurtunity this Team, School, Community and Coaches have long deserved.

Didn't they get banned from the playoffs for awhile? I recall a dirty state championship game against Greenville?

You talking about the Greeneville/Trezevant 4a championship game?

Trezevant got banned for post season that following year, may have been 2 and the school board/athletic department got some probation for a few years for observing the players actions on the field from the press box during the game and took no actions to stop it during the game and after. Some Greeneville Buses were vandalized after and /or during the game also to the extent grenneville had to get new buses for the trip home.  Memphis for sure did not send its best of class that day to represent them.
