Coach Coley. Young Coach. Don't know much about him but people seem to think he has a very bright future.

You get a new coach and he's keeping a volunteer coach? Correct me if I'm wrong, but it was said on here he is a volunteer coach. Are they firing all of the assistants at the school? You have a coach on staff that has head coach experience, it would be wise to keep him as well. Edited by TheAmbassador

It's my Understanding Coley works at the school. Don't know about Jones but some seem to think he has wore out his welcome.

Wonder if the powers that be in Dogtrot are going to screw anybody in the process or just pony up more money for some more "teaching positions"?

hmmm..I don't think Adam was told he could hire a whole staff except one... Adam is a good coach and very good with players....Indians did hire a good one

    • Yeah, we came up short. I remember we threw a ball over the middle to #5 Guymon? and he came up short of the sticks. Gave em he&& for a bit though.
    • Doe dee doe doe…..hmmmmmmm one of those players can run faster than my lawnmower when I put it in 5th gear turbo.  You can bet the lawnmower on that.
    • Yeah I am on board and plan on coming down from the Ridge for some home games, great Friday night atmosphere there.  I'm really hoping SC can get them back going and have some success for those fans and community.
    • Yep I was field level on the scoreboard end throwing ball with Benny when we had that brief lead. Everybody got very excited but it was short lived as Murvil regrouped and went into machine mode. But yeah,  that hit sounded like the crack of a black powder rifle being fire.  I believe Dozier took one like that as a Soph up at Greeneville after on olay block.
    • Ole Benny boy lol. I forgot about Harder. He was tough as crap. He graduated in ‘09. I went to the OR/Maryville game that year (great game, btw) and he collided with Jacob West (I think was his name) and you could hear it clearly at the top of the visitor bleachers. Man, it was a stick. He could lay some wood son. All those guys were tough, Elliott included.
