I can see the principal and the AD having some knowledge of football...but like I said earlier, what does Holmes know about football other than it comes on ESPN? :roflolk:

If the same people are making the hiring decisions year after year (season after season), then there is no wonder WC is a loser every year. And "if" the person on the board doing the picking and choosing has family that plays sports...isn't that nepotism?

Heard that as of 2pm there was a total of 18 applicants, 2 of them are local guys.

You put in the work for years should get a shot.who you date who is the q.b has nothing to do with it.you should be rewarded not punished for hard work....

Putting in the years does not make you qualified to be Head Coach.  It is Quality that counts.  Someone with leadership skills and the ability to teach football techniques and motivation.
