5 out of the next 6 years in 1A or you talking this season in 1-6A. I will take that one every day and twice on Sunday if you're talking about 1A moving forward. The big players in the east for the next several years will be Columbia Academy, Coalfield, Greenback and Oneida. The big players in the west will be NCS, Huntingdon, Union City, Trousdale County and Trenton Peabody. There is no comparison.

This year 1A through 6A is what i was saying. 5 outta 6 will come from the east. No one can deny that coalfield isnt good year in and year out. And next year you'll get oneida greenback and a slew of other good teams in the same district. And im not saying that the west isnt good either. UC has had a good 2 years now. Coalfield has the best 1A qb that you've never even heard of. He'll be hard to handle friday and for 3 more years to come.

Coalfield will probably get drilled Friday and that's pretty much expected. I just want to say that the reason Coalfield beat Greenback is because they were the better team that night. So stop acting

He is a good athlete, but you have no idea what kind of animals Union City has on both sides of the ball.

Your correct i do not know. But what i do know is that they both put there pads on the same way. Im saying that CF will win im saying that the game hasnt been played and people need to realize that and quit assuming that UC has it won before its ever played. These kids are 15,16, and 17 years old. There unpedictable. You dont know what will happen

We can agree to disagree. The Union City team you will see will resemble the Notre Dame team you saw play Coalfield earlier this season.

He is young right now you can see that,he will be very good but the best 1A QB is a little of a stretch.He may turn out to be same day but not yet.UC will be the best football team these kids have EVER lined up against.The may put their pads on the same way but that will be the only resemblance would be the same outcome for any of us.Silver beats nothing any day!

When Peabody played UC we had an honest chance to keep the game close. The Tornadoes are excellent at capitalizing on turnovers. We had 3 turnovers that all resulted in touchdowns. That was the game changer. Go Tornadoes! Let's bring to Gold Balls home to District 14!

How would u compare the S Pitt teams from the past against the present Union City team?

A couple of the SP teams are in Union City's category. 1998, 1999, 2007 were all very dominant teams that are in the same category as this Union City team. SP teams in 2008,2009,2010,2011,2012,2013? No, they wouldnt get mercy ruled by this Union City team, but they couldn't beat them either. I would take this Union City team by 3-4 TDs over any SP team since 2007.

Yes it does and those kids will have a chance to play for the gold ball that most never get to experience.

      I have no issues with the Karns Middle School program.   Good coaches and he's with the kids he goes to school with.  He's a rising 6th grader who had to play with 6th grade kids last year because Karns didn't have enough kids for a 5th grade age team.  He's in a good place at this point.   My daughter is a single mom with 4 kids under 11 years old.  We help her out with logistics, so staying in our own area right now is important.  Once he gets to high school age, who knows what happens?  That bridge will be crossed when we get there.

      I know he was a backup but I thought he filled in well when the starter went down. Never a bad thing to have a change of pace back

      That would be a good get for them. Lowe always finds a way. Pretty sure they have their Rb from last year returning but not that line of beef

      One school has said it, it was York…who Oneida and many school that played them before we did claimed that they were the dirtiest bunch they’ve played. Riverside didn’t call us dirty nor did smith after they beat us. Ur only dirty if your the one giving out the whoopins.

      If it was anyone but #8 I would agree with you. Theirs a couple people on that team that probably would. Not him. And I who was standing on the 1st base line fence saw clearly that the boys foot was covering more than half the bag.
