Polarsloth
Dropping down is the key word. The west should win gold every year they have larger schools for the most part.

TheAmbassador
The west will be loaded next season in 1A. You will play state championship games 2-3 rounds in a row just getting to Cookeville.

TheAmbassador
395 to be exactThat is twice the numbers of most A schools in the east.
Polarsloth
That's what I'm saying ambass. Twice the kids to choose from should make twice as good right. Sp only has around 245 right. I think that's unfair
wildcat89
That is twice the numbers of most A schools in the east.WC and Cwood are 12 miles apart and both schools average about 300 kids. The last time I saw actual numbers both had 303 but that's been a few years, I doubt it's changed much either way. And another question is WC and surrounding towns are in middle tennessee but in tssaa there is only east and west, where is the dividing line? wildcat89
Wayne 319 Cwood 278they been really close on numbers for several years. When spring practice started this past spring, WC had 62 come out and Cwood had 19!
Polarsloth
East schools are just smaller in general. Most average 20 to 30 players. After new regions oneida will be a big single a but that's the only one I can think of that's on the cutoff
