Depends on if their season ends before they move. If so, they won't be eligible this year. If they move before their season ends then they will become eligible. We had a kid come from Detroit back several years ago and it was too bad he had just finished his season because he ended up playing in the Canadian football league I believe.

That's a good statement. I can agree with that one. Privates need a multiplier, but not that high percentage.
