I was thinking that Tuesday night, Sweet.  Having both at wide-out would have helped this year for sure.  As for Gibson, good athlete, but not quite there as a basketball player.  His game has improved from last season, but then just about every else's has too.  I think he has the potential to fill Ted's shoes as a defensive stopper.  I really disagree that he is better than the starters ahead of him, but honestly, in Green's system, a starter is just a 1 min substitution away.  He will get his minutes and I think he will make the most of them.

Whose place does he fill off the bench? Taijon? Jones is huge behind the 3 point line, but Gibson is probably better off the dribble.

Yea taijon and EJ have gotten way better and I like him coming off the bench he brings a spark I just think he should play more but I think people are going off of what he did in the Fulton game last year how he came in and killed it's early though coach green knows what he's doing clearly avg 20 wins so we'll see

Gibson had a great game tonight, so did Bush, Taijon, Tee, Tyshawn etc etc etc. That oop to Tee from the freshman PG was ridiculous. Great game.

The oop was perfect. Marcus is doing fantastic.  He looks so little out there.  It was a great game....I sort of wished they could hit 100 pts.

And the girls looked good too....good start for the new coach.

    • The amount of people pooing on UH is crazy. They're a noticably better team than last year when they made state and were competitive , AND they run ruled Eagleville a few weeks ago. Now I understand Eagleville was missing a few guys, but they still. They. Run. Ruled. Eagleville. 1st single A team to run rule Eagleville since when? Pre 2017??
    • If that Yellow Paint is all gone I'll flat bet it didn't wash off there. I bet that took some scrubbing to remove that if it is gone. Lacrosse is one of those northern sports all these misplaced Yankee's that are posion to the community brought in by  (Blount Partnership, ( The Devil) with them so somebody allowed them to paint their markings on the field that cost more than the twenty top people on payroll at Maryville make a year. All this to please the 1% Club and the 25 people that would come to see it. All in the name of WOKE!!!!!!
    • They will probably, struggle
    • Dyersburg is going to be good, really good. As mentioned, they have a lot of talent on the way and the trio of Chelby, Joya, and KayKay will only be better with a full season together under their belt. To me, playing in Murfreesboro two consecutive postseasons will only serve to make them more dangerous if/when they stand among the final eight teams this March. Experience, good or bad, always makes you better. And not only do they have experience, they know how to win there. Schedules are coming together for all of the teams and I am excited about what I am seeing on the preliminary drafts on Dyersburg’s schedule. I know I am being a tease, but it’s simply not my place to announce what another school is doing. With that said, I won’t go into specifics. However, I am excited about renewed home and away contracts for the non-district portion of the calendar. I think west Tennessee will have a lot of interest as well.
    • What does everyone have in the final 8? In no particular order. 1. Eagleville 2. Gordonsville 3. Greenback 4. Oakdale 5. South Pitt/ East Robertson-- not sure 6. Richland 7. Halls 8. Union City
