Bounder I don't know if that was a compliment, or you being snarky. If it was a compliment thank you, if not I am a Head football coach...so...yeah..I've picked up a few things

Well you do seem to know what you are talking about, and maybe trying a little humor. Sorry if I offended. Bruce is a friend so I know a little about Father Ryan football even though I live in another part of the state.

No I wasn't offended. Appreciate the compliment. It's just hard to figure out intent with just the text sometimes. Did Bruce really want to retire and catch a few bass, or was he forced out? I thought he was a good ball coach when I saw his other teams play. I never had the chance to watch Father Ryan.

I've probably already said more than I should but I will say Bruce Lussier would be a great catch for a Nashville area school needing a Defensive Coach. And he doesn't fish HaHa.

And this is why he couldn't win there. Trust me, Bruce is a very good coach, but if you don't have the players it doesn't matter how good of a coach you are. I know how good he is. He coached OR to a 60-14 record in his tenure here, and took us to the semi's twice, so I know he's a good coach.

Someone can work 24/7 but if the school is not willing to give them the tools that it takes to be successful they will not beat BA, MBA & Ensworth. Bill Beichick would have a difficult time winning with the way FR has handcuffed their football program.
