Week 2: William Blount at Alcoa

Recommended Posts

This is not true. If you are referring to last year, the Govs played hard in most games, but faded in the second half because they didn't have depth. Last year, the Govs only dressed 48 players on friday nights and had a lot of guys playing both ways. This year they have like 74 and have less guys playing both ways. Also, the Govs have had a great offseason and are more prepared to compete at a high level for four qtrs.

"You can't handle the truth"! Heritage played Alcoa a few years ago into the 4th quarter with chance. Hope the Govs can do it this year!

WB has a player that is in the running for prepxtra defensive player of the week. Tony Mejia had 12 tackles and forced a fumble and returned it for a TD. He also had a td run on offense. Consider voting for him. He is in third place behind Tee Higgins and Colton Mcmahan right now.

Tony had a great game and I expect him to have a great season.
