blazer1set
Same field same school. Actually not the same field. The current school campus was built in I think 1967. But I get your point..
BarneySox2007
I think I found a loophole. From 1918 till 1925 the high school in Kingsport was known as Central High School. This will either invalidate the wins from 1921-1925 or Maryville High School can count the football victories from Maryville Polytechnic High School. The goal post are in the same place also. I wonder what it meant "clean young men and women". Were the kids at the other schools dirty?
Red Rebels
Actually not the same field. The current school campus was built in I think 1967. But I get your point.. Maryville is the same field as in the postcard. Looking east. Edited September 6, 2016 by Red Rebels
WaCoJaCo
Just because DB is in a down cycle does not mean this season is lost, all teams have ups and downs. The next opponent (Sevier County) was in the 5A title game last year but look at them now.... I think DB beats SC this week. BTW, DB beat SC last year as well. So fans, get down off the ledge (or the upper deck) and don't jump, I see a win coming this week. Are you copying your post from last year and reposting this year? I remember you saying the same things. Lets meet back here after week 10 and see if you were correct.
