Boyd is down from 2015 and Marion along with Tyner aren't invincible. I still think AE goes to the Championship game.

Anything can happen but thats been my 4th round game all along. I think it would be a great game to watch.

Well, Trezevant could possibly fall further down the AP Poll as the year progresses. On September 9th they travel to Nashville to play D2-AA Ensworth again. On September 16th they travel back to Mississippi to play MHSAA, Region 1, Class 6A Desoto Central (They are in the same district as Southaven to whom Trezevant just lost by 1 point). Then on October 7th they play D1, Region 8, 4A Memphis East.

 

All of the games mentioned Trezevant could possibly lose just because those schools are really strong programs in bigger classifications. Don't get me wrong, as proved by the Southaven score ... Trezevant can play with all of them, but on paper, Trezevant should lose all of them

 

By the seasons end, Trezevant could be rated the 10th best team in 2A according to the AP poll ... or possibly out of the top 10 altogether. It wouldn't surprise me one bit.
