Matter of fact, yes! Since Christ died and was raised from the tomb we've been in the last days. He could have come back at any point. Why else would the Apostles have warned the early church to be ready?

 

The Apostle John said, you have heard the antichrist shall come in the last days, there are many antichrists in the world already...that was 2000 years ago...they were in the last days
