Sorry to hear about Moore. I hate to see these boys get hurt. I know they love the game and want to play.

Not only that he had to have ACL repaired, but a few weeks later, staph got caught up in it and had to go in and repair again. Put him back for several weeks next year. This young man just can't catch a break at all. Hope or when he does come back next year, that he can play the remainder of his SR games without injuries taking him back out.

Heard a guy from the Titans talk once at church. He was a rookie having a good year and he tore his cartilage in two. Unrepairable. So he's in the room with the doctor and Fisher and several of his teammates are waiting in the other room. The doc comes out tells them the news. Fisher is just crushed his teammates are sick they go in and the guy is sitting on the table smiling from ear to ear. Of course they're confused. How can he be happy ? Did the doctor not tell him are they suppose to. He sees the looks on their faces and tells them how excited he is he's been sitting there thinking how blessed he was to even get a chance to play pro ball and how more excited he was to see what God will have him doing next. He saw the blessings and the future. Praying for a full recovery for the young man. But tell him he's way way more than just a football player.

So he's in the room with the doctor and Fisher and several of his teammates are waiting in the other room. The doc comes out tells them the news. Pretty good sir. He is a smart, bright young man. Had a adopted mom that raised him right along with another good woman. Talked to him several times. Whatever he decides and sets his mind to, he will accomplish. Rather it's football or on to the college stuff. He will be somebody.

Just a little worried there because six of our eight games have been on carpet but a wet field might be a new challenge for us but to my knowledge it's not rained hardly at all this year so might have the same effects on Bradley as well.
