East TN Coaching Changes

A little early, but what are the rumors out there about possible coaching changes in the area? Last year in East Tn there was not a lot of movement, I look for there to be more turnover than last year. Lots of possible retirements and resignations. Should be interesting.

Gaddis will coach at OR until he decides to retire, mark it down.

Kerr is probably going to resign or get fired from Clinton. I'd say he will resign if given the choice.

As Cat said Gaddis will leave on his own, he would never be fired. The G-Man pulls a lot of weight in The Ridge. With that said I think he will step down on his own terms in a few years. He isn't getting any younger.

I would be surprised if there is not a change made there.  

 

Hearing some names - one that is very much of interest to me - but not going there until if/when there is an opening.

I heard the normal rumors of coach Clark at DB and coach Duncan at SD. But that's every year. Interested to see what happens at Clinton. Who would be in line to get that job?

Not sure if this should go here, but rumor has it that Ted Gatewood at East Hamilton will be leaving to become a position coach at ETSU since his son is playing up there. I think all the players at EH would be much better off for it. Today's playing style has passed him by.

Rosser coming to OR in the next few years is a big rumor. Don't know how true it is though? Supposedly he's the man to take over when Gaddis retires.
