If CR doesn't play then MC by mercy. Their D is just that good. Very disciplined and tackles wells. If CR plays it may be another close one like last year. They key for MC on offense is how will the young QB Sampson handle the big game.

Samson will do fine. Played his best game of the year this past Friday and it was a pretty good game with the same caliber athletes he will see Saturday. No fumbles and was right on the money with the pass. He has grown up a lot since the first of the year.

With Richardson, definitely. Just better hope he plays, he is the x-factor. Not every day a top 5 back plays in 2a. Not sure without. They did beat Fulton which is a pretty good 4a squad. They better be better. T-high is the heavy favorite. Massive line, good rbs, will be tough for us to contain, no doubt.

This thread sounds similar to some of AE opinions of MC. Hard to catch a Roadrunner when your running in concrete and so on...Sounds like they need to ask them AE boys how that turned out. This game will not be a disappointing one, nor will it be a 17 point win! After watching some Hudl film that Waverly D doesn't hold a candle to the D these T-Vant boys will see Saturday! AE was a very good team and the QB was as good as advertised! Just flat out had no answer for the MC offence or defense and that lasted 3 quarters! Edited November 27, 2016 by Astimeexpires01

If you watched the game T-High was up 21 two different times... they should have gave him the ball 50 times so it would have been a running clock. Teli got too cute in the 2nd half

Ok classification is based on enrollment.  Trez is by far one of the most populous schools in 2A and will be in 3A next year.  They barely made the cut for this brief two year stint in 2A.  If Trez has 600 kids and MC has 515 then you should have a bigger inherent fan base it pretty simple math.  Doesn't really matter to me should be a great game hopefully MC will win.

School enrollment has nothing to do with community demographics!
